The IFM Stack

Four services, stacked into one offering.

Our integrated FM contract bundles four operational layers that most facilities buy separately - usually from four different vendors. We run them as one stack, supervised by one manager, billed on one invoice.

01
Housekeeping.

Daily cleaning across workstations, restrooms, pantry, common areas. Deep cycles weekly and monthly.

02

How We Onboard

From enquiry to single contract, in three weeks.

Switching from multiple vendors to one integrated FM partner is a careful, sequenced transition - not a flip of a switch. Here is how we typically run it.

01

Discovery & site survey.

We walk every floor, audit your current vendors, map service gaps, document SLAs and identify the bundles that make sense for you.

02

Integrated proposal.

One scope document. One pricing structure. One contract draft - reviewed alongside your existing vendor contracts to find the right transition date.

03

Phased mobilisation.

We mobilise layer by layer (typically housekeeping first, then security, then manpower). Each layer is stabilised before the next starts.

04

Steady state & review.

Your dedicated manager takes over. Weekly walkthroughs, monthly reports, quarterly reviews. We tune the contract together as your facility evolves.

Common Questions

Common questions, briefly answered.

Integrated FM is typically 10-18% lower than the sum of the same services bought individually from us, and considerably lower than buying them from four different vendors. You save on coordination overhead, supervisor overlap, and shared infrastructure (uniforms, equipment, training cycles).
Yes. Many clients start with housekeeping + security and add manpower or operations later. We track which layers are active and the bundle pricing tunes automatically. Adding a layer typically takes 2-3 weeks of preparation.
Carefully. We align our mobilisation date with your existing vendor’s contract end, run a parallel handover period for the first 7-14 days, and only formally take over once SOPs are documented and your team is comfortable. No service drops during transition.
Attendance reports, payroll summary, ESI/PF challans, statutory bonus tracking, PSARA records (for security), audit logs, incident summaries, and the GST invoice. One consolidated document, sent on the 5th of every month.
On a case-by-case basis. If you have long-tenure staff whose roles fit our requirements, we are open to re-employing them onto our payroll after our standard verification and training. Staff continuity matters to facilities - we respect that.
12 months is standard, with auto-renewal options. The first 30 days are a mutual evaluation period - either side can exit on a 30-day notice if it is not working. After year one, most clients move to 24-month or evergreen agreements.
