For standard roles (housekeeping, guards, helpers), we deploy in 5-7 business days from a signed work order. For specialised roles or large batches, count 7-14 days. Emergency mobilisation in 24-48 hours is possible from our reserve pool.
All staff are on our formal payroll, with ESI and PF contributions filed monthly. We do not engage daily-wage labour for ongoing contracts. The advantage to you is statutory cleanliness - no shadow workforce, no compliance exposure.
Yes. Most clients flex headcount up or down as needs change - seasonal businesses, project work, events, headcount expansions. We give you 30 days’ notice for downsizing where possible; we can usually upsize within a week.
We maintain a floating reserve pooltrained on your facility’s protocols. If a staff member is absent, a replacement is dispatched within 60 minutes. If a staff member quits, the replacement is permanent within 7 days with full induction.
A monthly compliance packcovering ESI/PF challans, attendance records, payroll, statutory bonus and gratuity tracking, and our company-level registrations (GST, PSARA where applicable). We can also customise the pack to your auditor’s format.
